- Medallion Manor & Medallion Supported Living are small, privately owned Intermediate Care communities for people with intellectual disabilities. We specialize in the care of the developmentally disabled adult and serve both men and women. Located in Utah County, people who live here are given a community based, homey atmosphere where they can learn, grow, and develop personal relationships with friends and care givers.
